I had the original version of the 2200 and the new version (with about 5 other Badlands packs in between), and the 2200 (especially the current version) checked all my boxes. For securing rattling antlers to a pack, buy one of those little motorcycle cargo nets. If you intend to carry meat and/or camp gear, a hunting backpack should be capable of carrying a very heavy load. And it carries big weight well.
